§ 54.090 MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION MEASURES.
   Mandatory water conservation measures will be enforced by warnings and penalties as follows:
   (A)   On the first violation, customers will be given a verbal warning that they have violated the mandatory water conservation measures. City staff will provide the customer with the information and educational materials needed to comply with the plan.
   (B)   On the second violation, customers will be issued a written warning that they have violated the mandatory water conservation measures.
   (C)   On the third and subsequent violations, a violation notice will be issued to customers, with minimum and maximum fines established by ordinance.
   (D)   (1)   After four violations have occurred, in a 12-month timeframe, the utility may cut off water service to the customer.
      (2)   In order to restore water service, a customer must sign a statement of intent to comply with all applicable water conservation measures established or adopted by ordinance and pay a restore service fee.
