§ 54.072 ORDINANCES, PLUMBING CODES, OR RULES ON WATER-CONSERVING FIXTURES.
   The State of Texas has required water-conserving fixtures in new construction and renovations since 1992. The city has adopted and enforced variations of plumbing codes since 1972, and most recently the 2018 International Residential Code (OR-2130-19), and the 2018 International Plumbing Code (OR-2136-19).
