(A)
This chapter shall apply to all multi-family dwelling complexes, nursing or assisted living facilities, or lodging establishments located in the city which are now in existence, or which may hereafter be constructed or converted from other uses.
(B) The Regulatory Compliance Manager and his or her authorized representatives are authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and the Minimum Building Standards Code.
