(A) The updated Roadway Improvement Plan for the city as set forth in Exhibit F attached to Ordinance No. OR-2280-22, is hereto incorporated by reference herein.
(B) The Roadway Improvement Plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Local Government Code, Ch. 395, and its successors.
