§ 153.05 APPLICABILITY OF IMPACT FEES.

(A) This chapter shall be uniformly applicable to new development which occurs within the corporate limits of the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.

(B) No new development shall be exempt from the assessment of impact fees unless expressly made so by the terms of this chapter.
