(A) The application for a moving permit shall state the route to be followed and shall bear the signed approval of proper representatives of the public utilities affected, including city utilities, such as those furnishing electric power and telephone service. Where railway tracks are to be crossed, the mover shall make necessary arrangement for the crossing and shall certify that he/she has the approval of the proper railroad officials.
(B) The Building Official may require the plans and specifications as he/she finds necessary to insure that the building, at its new site, if within the city, will meet these requirements.
