No moving permit fee shall be charged for the moving of any building having a width of ten feet or less and a floor area of 300 feet or less, provided, the building when being moved is loaded on a truck or trailer and the loaded height does not exceed 15 feet. The mover shall, however, notify the Building Official of each such moving.
