§ 130.55 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN FOR GRAFFITI CREATED BY A MINOR.
   A parent or guardian of a minor commits an offense if he/she knowingly permits, or by insufficient control allows, the minor to create graffiti on property.
