§ 130.37 COMMISSION OF OFFENSE WITH KNOWLEDGE.
   A person commits an offense, if he/she knowingly does any of the following.
   (A)   He/she sells or possesses for sale any obscene material.
   (B)   He/she sells or possesses for sale any obscene device.
   (C)   He/she presents commercially an obscene performance or participates in that portion of the performance that makes it obscene.
