§ 130.06 INTERFERING WITH POLICE ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or with criminal negligence do the following:
   (A)   Interfere with a police service dog or police patrol horse by blocking, tripping, holding, luring or otherwise obstructing or hindering performance of tasks while the animal is under the supervision of a duly authorized police officer in the performance of official duties.
   (B)   Harass, agitate or injure a police service dog or police patrol horse by making physical contact, throwing objects, waving or making loud noises of any sort, thereby causing the animal to bolt or otherwise causing the animal's actions to be altered while the animal is under performance of official duties.
