(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to display on or about premises owned by or under the control of the person a "Block Parent" sign without proper authorization.
(B) In this section, proper authorization means issuance of the sign from the Parent Teacher Association Chairman of a City Independent School District school without having the authorization revoked in writing by the Chairman.
(C) In this section, block parent sign means a sign which purports to be or is an imitation of or resembles the design, regardless of size or color, set forth in Exhibit A which is available in the office of the City Secretary.
