(A) A permittee shall notify the Police Department of any and all personnel changes for those persons who will operate the wrecker vehicles within ten calendar days of the personnel changes and additional drivers must first be approved by the Chief of Police prior to operating any wrecker vehicle within the city limits.
(B) The permittee shall notify the Police Department of any change in ownership of the wrecker company or any change in the number of wreckers, location of a storage facility or any other material change in the information provided on the application for a license within ten calendar days of the change.
