§ 113.30 RECORD-KEEPING; INSPECTION.
   (A)   Each permittee shall maintain books and records reflecting its operation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals as may be necessary for verification of the permittee's compliance with the terms of this subchapter. The permittee agrees to make the records available at reasonable times to the Chief of Police upon request.
   (B)   Members of the Police Department may inspect each wrecker and/or storage facility used by the permittee at reasonable times during the application or permit period to ensure compliance with the requirements of this subchapter.
