§ 112.28 LICENSE TRANSFER.

(A) A person commits an offense if he/she transfers his/her license to another person or operates an adult entertainment establishment under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the application.

(B) A person commits an offense if he/she counterfeits, forges, changes, defaces or alters a license.
