(A) Each license shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
(B) A license may be renewed by submission to the Director of Public Safety, or his/her designee, of an application on the form prescribed by the official and payment of a nonrefundable renewal processing fee of $750.
(C) Application for renewal shall be made at least 30 days before the expiration date.
