A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter may be revoked or suspended by the Chief of Police, after notice sent in written format by certified mail to the address listed on the application or hand delivered by a police officer, for any of the following reasons:
(A) Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement contained in the application for permit;
(B) Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement made by a solicitor in the course of conducting solicitation activities;
(C) A plea or conviction of a crime described in § 111.12(I);
(D) A judgment involving a matter described in § 111.12(J); or
(E) A violation of any of the regulations set forth in this chapter.
