(A) Requirement. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a child-care facility within the city unless they possess a current and valid health permit issued by the city’s Regulatory Compliance Department.
(B) Fees. Permit fees are set forth in the city’s Regulatory Compliance Department fee schedule.
