A child-care facility in which food is prepared for human consumption shall comply with Chapter 94 “Food Establishment Regulations” of the code of ordinances. Child-care facilities that are presently using residential type refrigeration or cooking equipment must upgrade to commercial refrigeration when the unit fails or is replaced, or if there is a change of ownership.
