The following are conditions of a permit for an automatic aluminum collection machine:
(A) The automatic aluminum collection machine is placed only on the parking lot of a building site containing 20,000 square feet or more of floor area or within a retail food store building as an accessory use.
(B) The automatic aluminum collection machine does not occupy required off-street parking spaces.
(C) The flattening of aluminum is being conducted wholly within an automatic aluminum collection machine.
(D) The owner of the property and the owner of the aluminum collection machine shall remove the stored aluminum at least once a week.
(E) The owner of the property and the owner and operator of the aluminum collection machine shall keep same in proper repair, and the exterior shall have a clean and neat appearance.
(F) The owner of the property and the owner and operator of the aluminum collection machine shall keep the building site clean and in a neat appearance and shall dispose of aluminum cans and other litter from the building site where the aluminum collection machine is located.
(G) The owner and operator of the aluminum machine shall comply with all other applicable laws of the state and codes and ordinances of the city.
