(A) The maximum parking time for each space within the restricted parking zones shall be two hours unless otherwise designated by the City Manager or the City Council.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a vehicle to be parked, to remain or to be placed in any parking space within the restricted parking zone for a period of time in excess of two hours or that time which is designated by the City Manager or the City Council.
