§ 71.03 RIDING MOTORCYCLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No person shall ride or drive any motorcycle on any private property within the city, other than in parking areas at commercial establishments, without having in his/her possession written permission from the owner of such property to ride or drive a motorcycle thereon.
