§ 70.01 SHORT TITLE; ADOPTION OF UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   This title may be known and cited as the Traffic Code.
   (B)   All provisions of the Tex. Transp. Code are hereby adopted by reference as a part of this title and are supplemented by the regulations set forth in this title.
