§ 54.093 LOCKING DEVICES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, cause damage to, or remove a locking device placed on an irrigation system by the Director of Utility Operations or his/her designee.

(B) The locking device will be removed from the irrigation system by the Director of Utility Operations or his/her designee within three working days after payment is received from the customer.
