§ 51.002 SEWER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the meaning herein ascribed to them.
      BUILDING. That structure which contains a drainage system and uses the public sewer for disposal of sewer.
      BUILDING SEWER. That part of the horizontal piping of a drainage system which extends from the end of the building and which receives the discharge at the building and conveys it to the public sewer.
      PUBLIC SEWER. Common sanitary sewer system owned and operated by city.
      USER. That person or business using the sanitary sewer system owned and operated by the city.
   (B)   There is hereby adopted, established and promulgated those certain standards and regulations relating to the maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer systems as are itemized on Exhibit "A" which is located in the office of the City Secretary and made a part of this section and referred to as "Sewer Maintenance and Repair Standards" and which may be amended by the city from time to time after a review and proper determination of additional standards.
