§ 38.30 GRANTING OF EXEMPTIONS.
   The City Council shall by ordinance, concurrent with the levy of taxes for each current year, approve for partial exemption from ad valorem taxes certain historic resources which have been recommended for exemption pursuant to provisions of this subchapter.
