§ 34.50 DEFINITION.
   ABANDONED PROPERTY. For the purpose of this subchapter, this term shall mean any personal property that is left unattended on public property within the city for more than 48 hours or any personal property that has remained on private property without the consent of the owner or person in control of the property for more than 48 hours.
