§ 34.34 SIZE, COMPOSITION AND ORGANIZATION OF FORCE; COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS.

The Police Reserve Force shall be an auxiliary police force composed of volunteers who shall serve without pay or other compensation. The City Council shall establish the size of the Police Reserve Force by appropriate resolution from time to time. The Chief of Police shall establish the composition and organization of the Police Reserve Force.
