§ 33.02 FIREFIGHTER'S RELIEF AND RETIREMENT FUND LAW.
   (A)   Adoption.
      (1)   There is hereby adopted the Firefighter's Relief and Retirement Fund law, S.B. No. 411, 65th Legislature, a copy of which is filed and available for public inspection in the office of the city clerk.
      (2)   There is further adopted the ten-year "buy back" and "accrued time" plan as specified in the law.

   (B)   City's contribution; Volunteer Fire Department membership. There shall be a maximum of 35 firefighters as members of the City Volunteer Fire Department. The city shall contribute $12 per man per month towards the Firefighter's Relief and Retirement Fund, S.B. No. 411. This is in addition to the annual sum paid toward the "buy-back" and "accrued time" plan as described in division (A) of this section.
