Mansfield Hospital Authority shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members. The first Directors for the authority shall be those named in ordinance 352, dated April 4, 1978, and each of the Directors shall, unless other provision is made in the bond resolution or trust indenture in connection with the issuance of bonds as provided in the Hospital Authority Act, being Tex. Health & Safety Code §§ 262.001, serve for a term of two years from the date hereof and until their successors have been appointed by the governing body of the city and have duly qualified.
