§ 50.05  CHARGES FOR COLLECTION.
   The charges for the collection and removal of garbage and trash in the city shall be in an amount as approved by ordinance of the City Council. Payment for collection is due in accordance with the city’s utility bill or the city’s solid waste contractor’s billing statement. Failure to render payment for collection service in a timely manner may result in service termination. Properties where payment for collection service has not been made for a period of three months or more may have services terminated. Upon termination of garbage collection services, properties may not be occupied and the responsible party becomes subject to collection or other legal actions.
