   (A)   Building permits (new structures).

* Fees listed are for alterations, repairs or interior finishouts of existing commercial, industrial and residential structures (where no additional area has been added to the existing structure).  The value to be used in computing this fee shall be the total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and any other permanent equipment.
