1-22-10: EVICTION; RIGHTS OF THE OCCUPANTS:

No action for eviction, abatement of a nuisance, forcible entry and detainer or other similar proceeding shall be threatened or instituted against an occupant of a dwelling solely because such occupant agrees to testify or testifies at a building code administrative hearing. 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-31.1-8.
