1-22-9: HEARING; EVIDENCE:

At the building code administrative hearing, a hearing officer shall preside and shall hear testimony and accept any evidence relevant to the existence or nonexistence of a code violation. The strict rules of evidence applicable to judicial proceedings shall not apply. 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-31.1-7. (Ord. 1180, 7-15-2014)
