1-22-8: CONTINUANCES:

No continuances shall be authorized by the hearing officer in proceedings under this chapter except in cases where a continuance is absolutely necessary to protect the rights of the owner. Lack of preparation shall not be grounds for a continuance. 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-31.1-6. (Ord. 1180, 7-15-2014)
