Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine as established in section 1-4-1 of this code for any one offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 791, 8-5-2003; amd. Ord. 1061, 4-20-2010)
