Any person(s) who violates this chapter is subject to the penalties set out in this section: (Ord. 581, 4-6-1993)
A. Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine as established in section 1-4-1 of this code for any one offense. (Ord. 791, 8-5-2003; amd. Ord. 1061, 4-20-2010)
B. The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights, remedies and penalties which the village may otherwise seek to impose and may be available at law or in equity. (Ord. 581, 4-6-1993)
