1-21-3: VIOLATION NOTICE:

   A.   A violation notice shall specify:

      1.   The date, time, and place of violation;

      2.   The particular regulation violated;

      3.   The fine and any penalty that may be assessed for late payment;

      4.   The vehicle make and state registration number; and

      5.   The identification number of the person issuing the notice.

   B.   The violation notice shall also:

      1.   State that the payment of any indicated fine, and the payment of any applicable penalty for late payment shall operate as a final disposition of the violation;

      2.   Contain information as to the availability of vehicle administrative hearings in which the violation may be contested on its merits; and

      3.   Specify the time and manner in which vehicle administrative hearings may be had. (Ord. 1180, 7-15-2014)
