7-1-3: PREMISES KEPT SANITARY:

It shall be unlawful and a nuisance to permit any building, structure or place to remain in such a condition as to be dangerous to the public health in any way. Any such structure, building or place is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1928 Code §212)
