7-1-1: WATERCOURSES; POOLS:

A. It shall be unlawful and a nuisance for any person to obstruct or pollute any watercourse or source of water supply in the village. (1928 Code §208)

B. Any stagnant pool of water in the village is hereby declared to be a nuisance. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any such nuisance to remain or exist on any property under his control. (1928 Code §209)
