For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
TRAFFIC COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR: An administrator who is authorized to:
A. Adopt, distribute and process parking, compliance and automated speed enforcement system or automated traffic law violation notices and other notices;
B. Collect money paid as fines and penalties for violations;
C. Operate a vehicle administrative hearing system; and
D. Make a certified report to the secretary of state under 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-306.5.
VIOLATION: Standing and parking of vehicles, the condition and use of vehicle equipment, and the display of village wheel tax licenses offenses as described in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-208.3. (Ord. 1180, 7-15-2014)
