A. There is hereby established a system of administrative adjudication for violations of traffic regulations concerning the standing, parking, or condition of vehicles, the condition and use of vehicle equipment, and the display of village wheel tax licenses. The function is to provide for the fair and efficient enforcement of village regulations through the administrative adjudication of violations as described in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-208.3.
B. The vehicle administrative hearing shall only have authority to adjudicate civil offenses carrying fines not in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.00), except for the unauthorized use of parking places reserved for persons with disabilities. (Ord. 1180, 7-15-2014)
