5-1-12: AMENDMENTS:
   A.   Any amendments to this title shall be made by the corporate authorities except per subsection B of this section.
   B.   Any amendments to subsections 5-6-3A and B and 5-6A-3A and B of this title shall be made by the corporate authorities after review by the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 1203, 8-4-2015)
