Nothing in this title shall be deemed to require any change in the plats, site plans, construction or designated use of any land or structure in the event that all of the following apply:
A. Final plat or site plan approval for such subdivision or development was lawfully issued prior to the effective date of this title, or the effective date of any amendment thereof; and
B. Such approval has not by its own terms expired prior to such effective date; and
C. Such approval was issued on the basis of an application showing complete plans for proposed construction. (Ord. 946, 3-20-2007)
