1-8-12: INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICERS; INJURY TO PUBLIC PROPERTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with any officer of the village or any employee thereof in the proper performance of his lawful duties. It shall be unlawful for any person to do or cause any injury to any property belonging to the village. (1928 Code §88)
