1-8-7: ARRESTS, CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE:
The president, every member of the board of trustees, chief of police and superintendent of public works shall be conservators of the peace with such powers to make arrests as provided by state law. (1928 Code §80; amd. 1990 Code)
