3-12-5: PENALTIES GENERALLY:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to violation any provisions of this chapter, and, except as otherwise provided, any person, firm, or corporation guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided under section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 972, 8-21-2007)
