The following words, provisions, and paragraphs shall be added to the following designated sections of the code adopted in section 3-9-1
of this chapter. These provisions supersede the requirements of the indicated provisions of such code.
101.1 Insert the Village of Manhattan.
103.1 Insert Buildings and Development Department.
108.2 See village of Manhattan fee schedule.
11 Delete the entire section and insert.
The Village Board shall serve as the Appeals Board.
