The rules of order governing all meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be "Robert's Rules of Order".
The President of the Board shall keep order and shall decide all questions of order and procedure.
No vote of the Board shall be reconsidered or rescinded at a special meeting unless at such special meeting there be as large a number of Trustees as was present when the vote was taken, as is provided by statute. (1928 Code §17; amd. 1990 Code)
