The following words, provisions, and paragraphs shall be added to the following designated sections of the code adopted in section 3-2-1
of this chapter. These provisions supersede the requirements of the indicated provisions of such code.
101.1 Village of Manhattan.
103.1 Insert buildings and development department.
109.2 See the village of Manhattan fee schedule.
115.4 See the village of Manhattan fee schedule.
The village board shall serve as the board of appeals.
301.9 Appendix A. Adopt appendix A.
