2-3-13: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Gambling Devices: It shall be unlawful to keep, have, use or permit to be used in any premises in the Village used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, any slot machine or other instrument or device upon which money is staked or hazarded or into which money is paid or placed upon chance, or upon the result of the action of which money or other valuable thing is staked, bet, hazarded, won or lost except licensees complying with the Illinois Video Gaming Act 1 and section 9-3-11 of the Village Code.
   B.   Closing Hours: No licensee shall keep open or allow his place of business to remain open or sell or offer for sale at retail, or offer to give away on any licensed premises, any alcoholic liquor in the Village on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday after the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and before the hour of six o'clock (6:00) A.M.; on Sunday after the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and before the hour of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and on Friday and Saturday after the hour of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and before the hour of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. except as heretofore provided for extended hours.
   C.   Posting Of License: The license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be posted in a prominent place within the licensed premises.
   D.   Peddling: It shall be unlawful to peddle alcoholic liquor in the Village.
   E.   Nudity Prohibited:
      1.   No person, while on any premises licensed hereunder and in public view, shall engage in the following conduct:
         a.   Expose his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft;
         b.   Employ any device or covering which is intended to give the appearance of or simulate his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft; or
         c.   Appear without a fully opaque covering of his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft.
      2.   No female person, while on the premises and in public view, shall engage in the following conduct:
         a.   Expose that area of the human breast below the top of the areola;
         b.   Employ any device or covering which is intended to give the appearance of or simulate that area of the human breast below the top of the areola; or
